Our Story
We launched UX Metrics in 2020 after years of watching UX teams struggle with the same frustrating choice: pay enterprise prices for bloated research suites, or settle for dumbed-down tools that couldn't produce professional results.
We believed there was a better way. Card sorting, tree testing, first click testing, and five second testing are foundational UX research methods — they shouldn't require a six-figure contract or a PhD to run. So we built a focused platform that does four things exceptionally well: help you understand how people think about your content, validate whether your navigation actually works, test whether users can find the right action on your designs, and measure what first impressions your designs make.
